ARSONITE
Arsonite is an efficient keyboard layout with minimal changes from QWERTY. All changes are symmetrical swaps, making it very easy to learn.
Design Goals
- Efficency: Keep most frequently used letters on the home row
- Minimal Changes: Change as less as possible from QWERTY, to make the layout easy to learn and minimize shortcut changes
- Easy learning: Swap keys, instead of moving them around. if you make a mistake, all you have to do is use the key that you got to get the key you want.

* Learning Cost: Assuming you already know QWERTY the learning cost is 0 for QWERTY. To relearn
a new key, the learning cost is 1 per key if the key is swapped, since if you make a mistake, you just swap the
key. If the key is entirely different, not swapped, the learning cost is 4 per key. These are somewhat
arbitrary, but reasonable estimates in my opinion.
